They were makers of “Bicycle” and “Congress” Playing Cards. Shown in the ad is plant engineer Mr. Edwards who is holding playing cards as war-busy Americans and four-out-of-every-five Americans had discovered the pleasures of card playing.“ Please see the scan.
The ad is 10x13 and in black and white. It is in good condition with nice detail. It has aging from being in a 75 year-old-magazine.
