“Look grandma, here‘s how I make noodle soup that tastes like you old-fashioned kind” are the words of this 1943 WW2 era original vintage advertisement for Lipton Noodle Soup. Shown in the ad is a neat drawing of a grandma and her granddaughter cooking. Also in the ad is a picture of a Mrs. Ketsaa, a grandmother who praises the soup and a “Lyric to a Lipton Noodle,“ with instructions. Please see the scan.
The ad is 5x13 and in color. It is in good condition with nice detail and color. It has aging from being in a 75 year-old-magazine.
Vintage advertisements and articles are becoming more and more collectible for their nostalgia look and unique eye-appeal. They also are suitable for framing and are becoming more scarce as the supply of vintage paper products continues to decrease. Please note this is an original, vintage product advertisement and NOT a reproduction.
