A Police Dog and Belgian Shepherd Red Cross Dogs highlight this wonderful drawing taking place in a WWI battlefield with wounded or dead soldier. The drawing came from a 1919 vintage magazine by collectible artist Louis Agassiz Fuertes. The 2 dog breeds appear next to one another on a 10x7 page. Please see the scan.
The drawings are on a 10x7 magazine page and in color. It is in very good condition with great color for a feature this old. There are small staple holes on the extreme top edge from removed staples.
