“Now a heartbeat can be transmitted instantly to a doctor hundreds of miles away,” is the theme of this 1971 original vintage advertisement by Bell Telephone. Featured in the ad is a man having an electrocardiogram hooked to a telephone line. An interesting pre-internet idea perhaps before its time.
The ad is two 7x10 pages glued together and is 7x13 when unfolded. It is in very good condition with some marks from removed staples in the middle. Please see the scan.
It is an original vintage product and not a reproduction.
Vintage advertisements and pictures are becoming more and more collectible for their nostalgic look and eye appeal. They are also suitable for framing and are becoming scarcer as the supply of vintage paper products continue to decrease.
