It features information about the need to get cars in good working condition for transportation to work with buses and streetcars only able to take 1 out of every 5 workers to their jobs. This leaves private transportation or walking as the primary way to get to work during WW2. Alemite Lubricants, Motor Oil and Lubricating Equipment would help keep those cars running.
The ad is 10x14 and in good to good condition with nice detail and presentation and some edge wear and aging. Please see the scans.
