This is an original 1948 original vintage movie advertisement for the Frank Capra drama film, and a man wanting to run for U.S President,“State of the Union.” It starred Spencer Tracy, Katharine Hepburn, Van Johnson, Angela Lansbury, Adolphe Menjoy and Lewis Stone. The film was directed and produced by Frank Capra.
A BONUS is an ad on the opposite side of the same page for The Mutual Life Insurance Company of New York. It features a man in a hurry to work and take care of his family.
PLEASE NOTE: this is an original, vintage movie ad on a single sheet of paper, and NOT a DVD or video.
The ads are 5.5x14 and in very good condition with nice detail and presentation. There is light edge aging and wear. Please see the scan.
REMEMBER: these are NOT 2 separate items but the top and bottom of a SINGLE page. They are both being listed because of possible multiple interests or topics.
Vintage television and movie pictures and ads are becoming more and more collectible for their nostalgia look and unique eye-appeal. They also are suitable for framing and are becoming scarcer as the supply of vintage paper products continues to decrease
